Daddy was a bit leery of taking me to the Children's Museum since I have a tendency to run around and make noise. Little did he know that's what the Children's Museum is all about! I had a great time fishing and became a master before I left! And I was a master at lifting the balls on the conveyer belt. They had some nice trains to play with as well! I had a blast!
We went out to a BBQ at the Rhodes family grass airstrip in Taylorsville. I got to sit in the driver's seat of an official Georgia Tech tailgating bus! And I loved seeing all the planes take off. A few of the guys flew back by and did barrel rolls and loops! They even had a candy drop! At the end somebody brought out some model rockets and I discovered a love of rocketry. I might have to follow in daddy's footsteps in aerospace.
We stayed at the Sheik family home the weekend we were in Atlanta (well, stayed at north, north Atlanta). I had a really good time playing with Charlotte, even if she did my hair up like a girl.
It was my first trip to Atlanta in over two years and we stopped at Piedmont Park for the Dogwood festival. I had a good time walking around and I really liked the playground they have!
Or at least Rock Band star! I can't wait until I can really rock it out. Of course, I'm gonna be a madman on the drums and let daddy wield the battle axe as we rock out!
