Independence day!

My third Fourth of July celebration! It was so hot that I decided to take off my shirt and show off my physique! Can you tell that I've been working out? I had a really good time playing in the sand with the wooden boat; unfortunately, it meant I had to get a bath before bedtime when I was so tired after getting home. Maybe next year I'll take a nap before we go out.

Since we were close, daddy said we would see the Reagan Presidential Library. We even got to see an old Air Force One!

Farewell brunch!

Well, the family reunion was over, so we met for brunch to say our farewells. Since it was an Italian restaurant, it was only appropriate that uncle George picked up the check... The folks in charge decided it was time to have a reunion in a really hot place, so they're coming to Savannah in two years! Welcome, y'all!

Cookout at aunt Martha's!

That afternoon, we went to my aunt Martha's house for a nice cookout. She rented a big inflatable jumper! Daddy must have told her how much I love jumping. She got a bunch of other toys, and I also got introduced to baseball! After getting a few hits, I didn't want to put the bat down. I told daddy he would have to get me some baseball stuff when we got home; he has been neglecting that sport since he never really played it. I had a blast!

Breakfast at Deanna's house!

My cousin Deanna has a cool house up in the "hills" around Simi Valley. We went there for breakfast and fun. My cousin's Matthew and Will brought some light sabers and they let me play with them a bit. I had a really good time playing with the toys and all my cousins!

After the beach...

After we hit the beach, (great) aunt Martha treated us to lunch! I went for a walk with mommy and daddy around the pier and got to see a sea lion swimming around! It was cool.

A day at the beach.

We went to Ventura beach to see what life is like on the Pacific. It was a lot cooler than I'm used to, and the water was COLD! I got my feet wet so I could say I got in the ocean, but I mainly played in the sand.

Daddy came out for my second weekend in LA for a family reunion (actually we went to Simi Valley). We decided to hit the hotel pool for a relaxing dip.
